1. Inquiry: You book your project using our inquiry form

2. Discovery Call: We catch up, you share your vision and goals for the site, and we align on a path forward for the project.

3. Secure Your Spot: We send a project plan, contract, and initial 50% invoice. Signing off on these secures your project's place in our design schedule.

4. Onboarding & Foundation: We've already got your brand details, but we'll collect just a bit more website-specific info to make sure we've got a rock solid foundation. This includes getting all the website content from you.

5. Home Page Build: Following the information we've learned about your goals, we build out and share with you an initial home page design. This is where we make TONS of edits and hone in on the formatting and details for the rest of the site.

6. Full Site Build: Using the insights from the home page, we create the remainder of your site pages, all with your customers' needs in mind. This is also the step where you will need to purchase your premium Wix plan & domain.

7. Beta Launch & SEO Overhaul: Once you fall in love with the final design, we'll publish the site, fix any last bugs (because something always comes up!), and use SEO tools to ensure it's well-optimized.

8. Celebrate! We transfer the site to your account, provide you with your tutorial videos and design guidelines document, and you get to officially announce your spiffy new site to your customers!
